Q01: How do I make a reservation? | back to top

A01: All you have to do is call the Hotel and our reservation service will take all the needed information. To conclude the reservation, we ask you for a deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night.

Q02: How much time do I have to cancel my reservation? | back to top

A02: You have until 24 hours prior to the day of the reservation. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before, you security deposit will be kept.

Q03: How near are you from downtown Montreal? | back to top

A03: We are located at less than 10 km - or less than 10 minutes away from downtown Montreal.

Q04: How near are you from the Pierre-Elliot Trudeau airport? | back to top

A04: We are located exactly at 6.5 km - or about 12 minutes for the Pierre-Elliot Trudeau airport.

Q05: Do you have a shuttle service? | back to top

A05: We do not offer a shuttle service for the moment.

Q06: What's the nearest metro / bus line? | back to top

A06: The nearest Metro is metro Vendome (3.6 km away) and the nearest bus line is bus line #90 (in front of the hotel).

Q07: Do you have rooms with kitchens? | back to top

A07: We do not have any room that includes a kitchen or even a small kitchen. But you do have an area to eat in each room.

Q08: What's a Continental Breakfast? | back to top

A08: A Continental breakfast offers different kinds of yogurts, crescent rolls, breads, cereals, bagels, muffins and fruits. It also includes a variety of tea, coffee and hot chocolate beverages.

A09: We do not have a laundry room service available for clients.

A10: Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
